Lindsay M. Harrington is a Trustee for Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida and has resided in Punta Gorda, Florida for the past twenty-eight years. He is currently a Community Commercial Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate specializing in agricultural, commercial, investment and waterfront properties. Lindsay is a director with the local Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port Association of Realtors, a multi-million dollar producer with the Association and a recipient of the Coldwell Banker Presidential Elite Award having sales in the top 3% of all sales internationally. Mr. Harrington is a veteran and served with the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves attaining the rank of Master Sergeant. He is the former Mayor and Vice Mayor of Punta Gorda, the former Florida State Representative for District #72 (1996-2004) and was elected Speaker pro tempore of the Florida House from 2002-2004. Mr. Harrington was born in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and he has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University/CIE. Lindsay is married to Deborah Lynn (Snyder) of Decatur, Michigan and together they have four adult children Loren and Lisa Harrington and Brian and Christopher Stuut. Lindsay and Debbie are members of The First Methodist Church in Punta Gorda.
