Byrd Alzheimer's Institute Building Furnishings — Request for Proposal

Proposal Description: The Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr. Alzheimer’s Center and Research Institute is constructing a 108,000sf building that will house research labs, an outpatient clinic, and administrative offices. This building is located at 4001 East Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, FL 33613
Proposals should address all specifications outlined in the attached system description and drawings.
Qualifications: This procedure will involve checking and verifying references. References of work of a similar type and scale. References must contain names and telephone number of contact personnel.
Project Award: All submitted proposals will be reviewed by Elements.
License and Codes: The successful Contractor must have applicable licenses.
Safety Procedures: HARD HATS and all other appropriate safety equipment shall be worn during all construction procedures. The vendor shall furnish appropriate safety equipment for their employees at the construction site, to include safety zoning and the securing of all equipment and tools at all times.
Compliance with the attached Turner project Safety Orientation is mandatory for all vendor employees at the construction site. A copy of this document is attached.
Damages: Any and all damages to property done by a Contractor will be the responsibility and liability of the Contractor.
Work Rules: the contractor must comply with all site rules set forth by the construction manager, Turner Construction Co.
Installation Coordination: The installation of this system must be coordinated with the construction manager, Turner Construction Co. This coordination will require participation at the above-ceiling coordination meetings that are held at the construction site.
